Please Note: South Dakota requires that the following taxes be collected on all Rally tattoo services:

• 1.5% Tourism Tax
• 2% Sturgis City Tax
• 4.2% South Dakota State Sales Tax

These taxes are mandated by the state and local governments. Tax on deposits is not included in the final price of your tattoo.

We perform nearly all body piercings, with the exception of genital piercings.

Tattoos: Clients must be at least 16 years old with a parent or legal guardian present. The parent or legal guardian must remain with the minor throughout the entire tattoo service.

Identification: All clients—including parents or legal guardians accompanying minors—must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of service.

Tattoo pricing varies based on size, placement, detail, color, and the artist.
